Expertise that goes beneath the surface – laboratory services of the highest standard
Our testing laboratory, accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018, offers over 500 test procedures in six specialized areas—from chemical analysis and mechanical testing to surface characterization. In our 1,250 m² laboratory, we develop formulations, analyze materials, and support you from raw material testing to product qualification. Globally recognized, independent, competitively priced, and highly reliable – for your quality assurance and product development.
From analysis to application – our wide range of laboratories for your requirements
Chemical Analysis
Our laboratory offers comprehensive preparative and instrumental analysis for the identification and quantification of additives, stabilizers, and heavy metals. Using state-of-the-art methods such as HPLC, FT-IR, ICP-OES, XRF, and thermal analysis (DSC, TGA, TMA, DMTA), we reliably determine the chemical composition and thermal properties of your materials.
Physical and mechanical tests
We test the mechanical performance of your materials and components - from hardness and impact strength (Charpy, IZOD, Dynstat) to tensile, compressive, and flexural properties. Joints such as welds, adhesives, and clip connections are also tested for their load-bearing capacity - for maximum product safety.
Compounding & sample production
Our compounding unit enables the production of sample quantities (up to 20 kg/h) with the option of upscaling. We offer extrusion, coextrusion, and injection molding of samples and sample plates in accordance with current standards - ideal for development, validation, and quality assurance.
Test procedures at a glance – standardized, specific, comprehensive
Our laboratory offers over 500 test methods, including 64 accredited methods in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 – globally recognized and state-of-the-art. Whether international standards or OEM-specific requirements: here you will find all the methods we use for quality assurance, material characterization, and product development. Transparent, detailed, and available at any time.
